Cost:

• $349.00: includes workshops, supplies, and all meals.
• $299.00 Earlybird ticket price if paid in full by March 31, 2025.
• A nonrefundable Deposit of $200.00 is due by June 1, 2025.
• The remaining balance is due August 1, 2025. There are no refunds after the weekend is paid in full.

Refunds & Transfers:

• Our 2025 conference has a no-refund policy. (Refunds will not be available unless the event is fully canceled by the host.)
• We cannot offer you credit to a future event if you cannot attend.
• You can transfer your registration to another woman up to 2 weeks before the event, however changes (such as lodging type or food preferences) cannot be altered that close to the event.
• Transfers must be submitted in writing, via email, and confirmed by us to be valid.
